Roscoe is just like his name sounds-a bunch of fun! Him and his crew at the rescue are simply rufftastic with their playful energy. Chasing each others tails, as well as their own, is just the beginning to the laughs with them. The grin on this guys face when he is outside is pure joy. He would be a perfect partner for an outside adventure or a good giggle inside.
