Black, Brown, White
Hi, my name is Harley. I am about a year and a half old and weigh 50lbs.
Update from Harley's foster: Harley has been working very hard on her leash reactivity and can now walk past all the dogs and other distractions like a pro. She is practicing being around children in a positive environment and doing well however is not ready for a home with young children, children 12 and older are most suitable. She knows sit, stay, paw, down, roll over, all the find tricks.
I am the sweetest girl EVER. I am extremely smart and would love to have a job, maybe helping out on the farm, agility courses are easy-peasy for me, I am confident that I would excel in fly ball and other active sports. I am very loyal to my people and can become protective of them fairly quickly. I love water and have so much fun playing in the river and would love to have a family that loves water as much as I do. I also love going for long walks, if you like hiking, I am your girl!
I am house trained, I play nice with other dogs, though a dog my size would be preferable as I love to jump around and wrestle and like to stay active so a buddy who can keep up with me would be great! I am very affectionate to my people and love to cuddle, get pets and give kisses. I don't mind cats but if when the cats are excited and running around, I get excited and I tend to want to chase them, but if the cat is calm, I don't mind . I can be reactive to a busy environment and my adopters need to know that I do not like children so a home where no children are around is necessary for me.
If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application and some one at the rescue will contact you for a meet.
Paws & Kisses, Harley 🐾
