Beige & Brown
Hi, my name is Alaska, and I am looking for my forever home.
UPDATE: Feb 6, 2021
Alaska has spent the last two months working with the team at Eagle Lake Boarding Kennel & Rehabilitation Center. She has made tremendous progress and is definitely ready to get settled into her furever home. Please check out her photos to see what the team at Eagle Lake has to say!
I am about 5 years old, and I am looking for a family that is experienced with rescue dogs and that will be able to provide me with firm boundaries, positive reinforcement, along with lots of exercise and mental activities. I need a person with a strong pack mentality so that I will respect them as the alpha. 😃
I am a sweet lady that although I become stressed and anxious quite easily, I still LOOOOVE to run and enjoy supervised play with other dogs. I am still a little afraid to be left all alone, but I am currently being fostered by a dog behaviorist, and she is helping me build my confidence, and to learn that it is okay to respect people. I am learning my manners, and she is teaching me tricks! I have been told that I am a very intelligent dog because I learn fast and pick up on boundaries and manners very quickly. I just want to please, and I am trying really hard to make my foster Mom proud of me. 💖💖
If you think you might like to meet me, please fill in an adoption application. You might even be able to come out to where I am to see me playing and being so happy running with other dogs. 😊
